Stainless Steel FreeSip®, Eastman Tritan™ Plastic, Kids' FreeSip®, Kids' Flip and Flip: Not for use with hot, carbonated, or perishable liquids.

40oz Tumbler, 24oz Tumbler: Holds cold, carbonated, and hot drinks.

SmoothSip®: Holds cold, carbonated, and hot drinks.

NOTE: Always use caution when using with hot drinks. Never use this product with liquids hot enough to scald as hot liquids can cause burns. For further instructions and warnings when using hot or carbonated beverages please see individual product care guides.

We get it, mistakes happen all the time! If you placed your order within the last 10 mins it’s possible that you can still make changes to your order by calling us within business hours. If it has been a little longer, chances are that your order is a little too far along the fulfillment process for us to make changes.

Any unused Owala bottle in its original packaging can be returned for a full refund within thirty (30) days of the original purchase date. Once we receive your return we will process your refund within 10 business days.
