In light of recent media attention on the subject, we affirm our commitment to consumer safety by highlighting the fact that all Exclusivecup bottles and tumblers—including the award-winning FreeSip® bottle—are and always have been lead free.

True to our ethos of challenging the industry standard, we utilized an innovative, lead-free solder in our products from the very beginning—just one example of our commitment to prioritize consumer safety and well-being above all else. Bottles Are Lead Free. Always Have Been. Always Will Be.

That depends on which product you have.

40oz Tumbler, 24oz Tumbler: Holds cold, carbonated, and hot drinks.

NOTE: Always use caution when using with hot drinks. Never use this product with liquids hot enough to scald as hot liquids can cause burns. For further instructions and warnings when using hot or carbonated beverages please see individual product care guides.
